RETURNS & EXCHANGES

NAKIIT does not offer exchanges or returns at this time due to the one-of-a-kind, handmade nature of each jewellery piece. Each piece purchased is final sale. Made-to-order pieces are final sale and are not able to be returned or exchanged as they are made to your specifications. If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out and we can discuss how to remedy the situation.

 

With regards to custom commissions, if a design is finalized, and a deposit is given, the customer is responsible for the payment of the piece. The customer is financially responsible for any changes made to the piece after it is completed and in their hands.

 

SHIPPING

Once processed, your order will ship with Canada Post and include insurance and tracking. Once your piece has been shipped you will receive a tracking number. With this tracking number, you can follow your package as it travels to you. In order to ensure safe delivery of your jewellery, a signature will be required on delivery. 

REPAIRS

NAKIIT stands behind the quality and construction of its work, and with proper care, your jewellery should last for years. If you receive a piece that you believe is defective, please contact us. Repairs are only available from damage that occur from normal use of product, which does not include misuse of product or theft. NAKIIT reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs.
